Yes, you can remove the deck mounted rod holder and add your own if you choose.
Is Standing An Option?
While it’s not designed for standing, it is stable and you could potentially stand in it if the water is calm.

No, a paddle is not included but this means you can choose your own paddle. There is a bungee paddle holder on the right hand side of the deck.
